1.1 How often should I take this food supplement?

Regular use of a single capsule at breakfast and another at supper is recommend to obtain adequate absorption levels.

1.2 Can I use this food supplement whilst taking medications?

There have been no reports of interactions with medications.

1.3 Have there been any complaints?

We have not received any complaints since the product was introduced on the market. Note that this is not a medicine, but a product consisting of components derived from nature, amounting to the equivalent of polyphenols and lycopene in 400-600 gram fruit and vegetables.
